POWANDAYE RAMESHAR Peacefully, on March 2, 2008, with her family by her side, our mother passed away at Seven Oaks General Hospital. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, friend and confidant. She was born on February 11, 1921, in Skeldon, Guyana. Powandaye leaves her only daughter, Dolly Jainarine, all of her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered. Funeral Service will be held at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd. (corner of Keewatin and Inkster), on Thursday, March 6, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. with Pundit Balram Monguru presiding. Cremation will follow and her cremated remains will be taken home to Guyana at a later date.
